Through the acquisition of Tres Amigos, which operates nine stores in Texas, Yesway owns and operates 423 convenience stores.
In its biggest move of 2022 so far, Yesway has purchased nine stores, which each has 2,828sq ft of merchandising space and six fueling stations. The move comes after last month’s inauguration of Allsup’s Express, which is a new store concept designed for college students located next to the campus of Texas Tech University.
“We have always been attracted to the Texas market and are extremely pleased to have Tres Amigos join us under the Allsup’s banner,” said Thomas W.
