The international developer and asset holder for residential and retail real estate, Trei Real Estate has launched three more Vendo Parks in Poland.
The new sites are situated in Otwock (Masovian voivodeship), Skarzysko-Kamienna (Holy Cross voivodeship) and in Chorzow (Silesian voivodeship), amounting to an investment volume of €28.4M.
Between them, the new locations have a total leasing area of 22,300sq m with the largest space being at Otwock and opened back in July. The 9,000sq m site is home to fifteen stores that include Hebe, Media Expert, KiK, Martes Sport, Rossmann and Netto.
With these new openings, the company now has a portfolio of 41 retail parks, with 31 located in Poland and the others in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
