The latest luxury tenant line-up has been revealed at The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands as Singapore’s retail landscape continues its revival.
Brands that are making their Southeast Asian debut in the centre include Buccellati, Acne Studios, and Amaffi. Meanwhile, luxury fashion house Dior has unveiled a renovated duplex flagship in The Shoppes, which includes a Dior Beauty boutique.
“The strategy that we adopted during the past two years – maintaining our tenant mix integrity with a continued focus on the luxury sector and refocusing our efforts to acquire more local clientele – has paid off,” said Hazel Chan, VP of Retail at Marina Bay Sands.
“With the reopening of borders, we also witness an influx of tourists with higher spending power and who desire curated experiences. Our strong ‘premium to luxe’ positioning has set us apart, allowing us to retain, acquire and grow our clientele base, especially ultra-luxe shoppers.”
