The fashion firm has unveiled a 160sq m store in the recently opened Open Mall shopping centre in Arrecife, the island’s capital.
The new Encuentro store in Lanzarote incorporates the brand’s latest commercial concept, based on light and warm tones and the use of materials that refer to the group’s Canarian origin, such as volcanic rock or native vegetation. This is the sixth opening of the banner which also has inaugurations in Móstoles (Madrid), La Gomera, Castellón, Girona and Mérida.
Encuentro, which plans to add another opening in a location yet to be specified before the end of the year, has 122 establishments and an online store in Spain.
The Open Mall shopping centre opened its doors in Lanzarote on 11 November and has 92 operators across 35,000sq m. The implementation of the mall has come at a cost of 85 million euros.
