Centennial, the Dallas-based mall and shopping centre owner-operator has had a productive 2022 as its portfolio grew by 53 per cent.
Over the course of the last 12 months, the company has purchased Fairlane Town Center in Dearborn, Michigan, The Shops at Willow Bend in Plano, Texas and Westland Mall in Hialeah, Florida. Meanwhile back in August, it acquired Bayer Properties, the Birmingham, Alabama-based developer of upmarket lifestyle centres.
