The shopping centre of 18,000sq m in Płock, Poland has been purchased by the Focus Real Estate Fund.
This becomes the fifth investment the fund has made in the Polish retail sector. The other four were in the cities of Opole, Sandomierz, Zgorzelec and Bartoszyce. The shopping centre is home to over 50 shops and has car parking space for 660 cars.
