The business, the fast-growing, fast-casual chicken salad restaurant is set to open its first-ever location in the Chicago metro area next week and become its fourth site in the state.
As well as this, the company has signed two development deals for Colorado as the brand continues its Westward expansion.
“At the beginning of this year, we put a strong focus on finding the right franchise partners in the Colorado Springs market and Denver market to support the momentum that we have generated around brand development in Colorado,” said Scott Deviney, CEO of Chicken Salad Chick. “We’ve been targeting a concentric circle growth strategy that Colorado falls perfectly in and we’re thrilled to expand the brand’s presence further west to support our vision of being America’s favourite place for chicken salad.”
