A new name has been added to the Downtown dining scene, with the F.R.N.D.S. Grand Café opening a ground-floor corner unit in Address Fountain Views.
The key design elements of the new venue include a floating walnut and quartzite table suspended from the 6.5m high ceiling and a 5m tall grand bar with brass arches, adorned with intricate stained glass.
The kitchen will be serving dishes highlighting Mediterranean and Japanese cuisine and will be led by Executive Chef Matthis Grosjean. The concept is simple but refined and only uses wild fresh seafood and the finest cuts of meat.
