Having recently opened its doors in Downtown Dubai’s Old Town area, the concept behind casual European eatery Apricot is one of bringing ‘Summer Living’ to life with a wonderful terrace and garden setting.
The menu offers such delights as homemade ‘Malatya Muse’ Apricot Jam, Mandarin-glazed salmon, Apricot sliders, Mustard Fish Cakes, bloomer sandwiches, protein-packed salads, and Brisket Beef Tacos among others, giving the restaurant a range of European and Mediterranean dishes.
Hamit Cekim, Founder of Apricot said that the restaurant pays homage to Aegean summers, where an abundance of apricots filled the orchards.
