During the closing ceremony of Maison & Objet last week, the organisers announced a number of exciting developments that are on the horizon.
These include the launch in Europe of a marketplace that will operate through the Maison & Objet and More (MOM) digital portal, which brings together the offer of all exhibitors. The platform will launch in the spring.
For its typically more object-focused September 2023 edition, Maison & Objet will also launch a new space dedicated to wellness. At the moment called “Wellness and Beauty”, the space will bring together a creative offer of cosmetics such as detox teas, lithotherapy-based jewellery or even candles designed according to astrological signs.
“This is an offer already present at the fair, but this space will also allow the entry of new categories. We are targeting concept stores and more and more are offering spaces dedicated to wellness or even dedicated entirely to it,” explained Caroline Biros, Marketing Director of Maison & Objet, who highlighted that the next edition will be themed ‘ Enjoy ‘”.
