Forever 21 Completes Upgrade

The company now provides a digital shopping experience that includes seamless one-click checkout on its e-commerce site and app.

The fast-fashion retailer, a banner of Authentic Brands Group (Authentic), launched a multi-year effort to overhaul its enterprise, digital and omni-channel technology during the Covid-19 pandemic. Among those technology initiatives was a focus on providing a frictionless, rapid, and safe online checkout experience.
