The Saudi-based retailer Zagzoog for Home Appliances has opened the showroom for the American home appliance brand.
Zagzoog is an official agent in Saudi Arabia for other brands such as Whirlpool, Glemgas, Hisense and Ztrust and Kitchen Aid. Zagzoog currently has 20 branches, more than 300 distributors, more than 150 showrooms and 20 customer service centres. The company’s products are displayed in more than 1,000 showrooms in various regions across the Kingdom.
The company also markets all of its products via its website, which Zagzoog prides itself on providing the best customer service, from supplying, installing and after-sales services to maintain customer loyalty and overall satisfaction.
Yasser Al-Zagzoog, Chief Executive Officer Zagzoog, said: “that the company was keen to bring this ancient American brand to the Saudi market through its agent, the Zagzoog Company for Home Appliances. This was done after a careful stud that indicated the ability of this brand to compete and obtain a share commensurate with its ancient history.”
