PdPaola Chooses London for First International Store

The Spanish jewellery brand’s first international store opens today with the debut of its previously flagged boutique in London’s Covent Garden.

The label is currently already available internationally through a number of multi-brand stores; however the company wants to expand its directly operated retail network outside of its home market. The UK is the brand’s starting point with the opening of their new store at number 18 Floral Street.

Founded in 2014 by siblings Paola and Humbert Sasplugas, PdPaola is now available through 2,000 stores in 10 countries. It has most recently struck a major deal with Zales for operations within the US. The brand itself offers premium and high-end fashion and beauty and their latest store in the heart of Covent Garden features an eclectic mix of names including Paul Smith, Ganni, Diptyque, Ted Baker, APC, Radley, Agnes B, Rails and more.

The company has said that the new location’s design “keeps true to the brand’s aesthetic of effortless sophistication. It is a space to discover the brand’s universe and iconic pieces, including the latest drops and signature collections such as Letters, Charms of the Fine Jewellery line”, which utilises 18K gold and lab-grown diamonds.
