After a period of sustained online success, the homeware and interiors retailer Rowen Homes will launch its first physical store at Metrocentre Gateshead.
On schedule to open in April, the company’s first store is to be positioned in a former Laura Ashley unit on Metrocentre’s upper Platinum Mall. The shop will be home to the business’s range of luxury furniture and homewares as well as featuring an experiential space that will be home to a number of activations.
Ben Cox of Sovereign Centros, Senior Asset Manager for Metrocentre, said: “We are delighted that Rowen Homes have chosen Metrocentre for their first ever physical store. It is great to support the growth of an award-winning North East business. They have a strong digital presence which will be complemented by a fantastic new flagship store in Platinum Mall. We are confident their plans for a new experiential concept will be a popular addition to Metrocentre.”
