Dubai authorities have announced that steady progress is being made on Hatta development work with 14 projects already completed and four more being implemented, reported WAM.
The completed projects include the development of a master plan for Hatta region, which comprises a strategic framework and a detailed implementation plan for a package of projects and initiatives aimed at supporting the region’s development, stated the report.
With Phase I work on track, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has now approved Phase II of the development, featuring 22 projects and initiatives, which are set to commence this year.
One of the key objectives of the strategic projects is to transform Hatta Beach into an all-season tourist spot that caters to residents and visitors alike. The waterfront of the Hatta Beach features a variety of recreational amenities, services, and activities that cater to the diverse demands of visitors. These facilities are expected to boost the number of tourists and visitors to the region, said the Wam report.
