The developer, Deyaar Development, has provided an update on the upcoming Tria Tower in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
Dubai’s Deyaar Development has announced the appointment of the main contractor for its Tria project. The luxury residential tower in Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) is the latest addition to Deyaar’s project portfolio.
Tria is a 32-storey residential project at the heart of DSO and is set for completion in 2025 as scheduled.
The total cost of the project is AED515m and it will include studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, townhouses, duplexes, and penthouses. The Tria project also provides exceptional features, such as smart-home automation, energy-efficient solutions, brand-new appliances, and the city skyline.
The residential tower will include swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, yoga pavilion, steam and sauna rooms, squash and paddle courts and an outdoor cinema.
