Bagatelle, the French hospitality brand of luxury restaurants and beach clubs, has announced its latest branch will be in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The opening is planned for May. The establishment will be located in Umm Al Hamam Al Gharbi in the Laysen Valley and the international brand has several branches including in Dubai, Doha, Miami, London and Mykonos.
Known for its French Mediterranean cuisine, the restaurant will be led by Michiel Geldenhuys, Executive Chef at Bagatelle Riyadh. In preparation for the opening, Bagatelle’s Corporate Executive Chef, Rocco Seminara, will also travel to Riyadh where he will work alongside Geldenhuys.
The menu will feature signature dishes that include eggplant parmigiana, mozzarella di bufala campana cheese, prawns marinated in lemongrass, roasted kumquats and Jivara chocolate pizzetta with caramelised piedmont hazelnuts.
