The luxury real estate developer will build its first own-brand luxury living concept, DG1 in the city’s Business Bay district.
Dar Global has announced the launch of a new branded tower residence in Dubai, saying that the scheme, called DG1, will offer views of the city’s canal district and Burj Khalifa.
It offers uninterrupted views from every unit in the building, with striking architecture on the Dubai Canal.
DG1 features an exclusive capsule collection of luxury residences designed by world-renowned Gensler Architects. The 20-storey tower comprises 221 units, including 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments.
Amenities include state-of-the-art gym, yoga studio, multi-purpose room, swimming pool, barbecue area, and kids’ play area.
