This Spring, Counter at Native Edinburgh announces a new update as the all-day-to-evening space transforms its offerings with a curation of seasonal plates, natural wines, signature cocktails and cultural events.
With Scottish local produce on the forefront, by day Counter creates warming dishes and fresh pastries for slow mornings, followed with classic pieces (sandwiches) and soup of the day for city dwellers to grab and go, or to sit in and enjoy at the cosy lounge.
As the evening draws in, Counter transforms into a neighbourhood bar space for locals alike to get together and socialise over good drinks where selected curation of natural wines and signature cocktails are carefully paired with small plates.
New this Spring, the neighbourhood space is launching Counter Sessions, a monthly social gathering hosted on the last Saturday of each month where Counter welcomes creative talents including saxophonist, DJs and performers from across the city and beyond. The first Counter Sessions launches on Saturday 27 May. Table bookings for Counter Sessions are advised.
