The shoe brand founded by Argentine DJ Paula “Puli” Demaría, inaugurated its new store in the Palermo Soho neighbourhood of the city of Buenos Aires.
Located at number 4663 El Salvador street, the place has an atmosphere inspired by a vibrant colour palette, characteristic of all its designs.
The official opening party took place last Thursday, 18 May, with an event for more than 150 guests who danced to the rhythm of a drag performance by Club 69, one of the most original parties on the Buenos Aires circuit, and with Puli’s closure in his role as DJ.
Among the guests, several local celebrities stood out, such as Candelaria Tinelli, Romina Richi, Flor de la V, Sabrina Garciarena, Pia Slapka, Sofia Zamolo, Cale Ruggeri, Nequi Galotti, Karina Mazzocco and Barbie Simons, among others.
“Puli D’s motto is ‘walk into any room as if you own it’, which in Spanish would be something like ‘enter any room as if it were yours’. I design shoes with personality, with movement and lots of colour. I want people to wear my shoes and feel powerful, to know that despite all the ups and downs, life is wonderful,” said the DJ and businesswoman during the event.
