Mitsubishi Estate London (MEL) and Stanhope PLC have announced a new partnership with Rhubarb Hospitality Collection (RHC), one of the most prestigious hospitality providers in London, to manage the multifaceted amenity offering across 30,000sq ft of prime space at their latest flagship City development, 8 Bishopsgate.
The amenity offering within the building is spread across several floors, each with its own unique offer which forms a key component of the value proposition for occupiers, delivering spaces for socialising, networking, and collaboration, as well as contributing to their well-being.
Employees working in the building benefit from the Corner Café at ground floor level, the Upper Corner business lounge at Level 1 and the dedicated TwentySix Kitchen, Bar and Terrace, allowing occupiers to relax and recharge whilst enjoying panoramic views across London.
In addition to the food and beverage offering, the building includes the Think Tank, a 200-seat state-of-the-art auditorium, for events, conferences, lectures and presentations as well as the Tank Rooms (private meetings rooms). RHC will also manage The Lookout, a public viewing gallery on level 50 that has its’ own dedicated entrance and boasts unparalleled vistas across the City. The Corner Café and the 50th-floor Lookout will be open to the public, with the Lookout also available for private hire.
RHC has an impressive history in providing amenity services at some of London’s most high-profile sites, including the Sky Garden, Royal Albert Hall, and Frameless. At Ascot Racecourse, they also cater for the Royal Ascot Racing Club and a number of private boxes. They have built a reputation for providing exceptional services to its clients, and the partnership with 8 Bishopsgate is a natural extension of their portfolio.
