UAE-based Makani Real Estate has announced that work is in full swing at its new vibrant community centre, Makani Khalidiya Garden, in Abu Dhabi and is due for completion in Q4.
Spanning two floors and 13,500sq ft of built-up area, the community centre will offer a wide variety of stores, services, and dining options including external and indoor parking.
The Makani Khalidiya Garden will feature a supermarket by Abu Dhabi Cooperatve Society as well as other F&B outlets, serving a range of international and local cuisine, and an entertainment centre. Around 15 specialty retail stores will be there offering a range of products and services, including beauty, pharmacies, restaurants & cafes.
