Hammerson has announced that GOLDSMITHS, one of the UK’s leading luxury watch and jewellery retailers and part of the Watches of Switzerland Group, is significantly increasing its presence within Bullring & Grand Central.
The new store will extend its space to nearly 8,000sq ft across a spectacular double height glazed shopfront, showcasing branded areas for prestige brands, alongside an array of premium names in jewellery. The multi-brand showroom will feature a first-class hospitality bar and lounge area, alongside VIP consultation rooms and reputable service and repair specialists.
This latest commitment by Watches of Switzerland further demonstrates the appeal of Bullring and is reflective of Hammerson’s wider strategy to enliven its assets by introducing new brands, concepts and market firsts to excite and engage new audiences.
This new store will enhance the experience at one of GOLDSMITHS’ best-performing locations and builds on the already strong leasing momentum across Bullring & Grand Central this year. New signings in recent months include Inditex-owned Bershka and Pull&Bear, while new openings in the second half of the year will include M&S, Footasylum, EL&N, Lane7 and Sandbox VR.
