The first Hampton by Hilton hotel in Târgu Mureș has been inaugurated this month following an investment of €11M made by Multinvest Group.
The four-star hotel has a capacity of 115 rooms and targets business tourists. It includes a bar, restaurant, conference hall and underground parking.
“Approximately 67 per cent of the total investment cost is the construction of the building and 33 per cent is the cost of equipment and interior fittings,” said Margit Gogolák Hrubecz, Co-Owner of Multinvest Group.
Pro Economica Foundation provided a 35 per cent co-financing for the investment in the hotel project. The foundation is currently investing around €44M in several tourism projects based in the Transylvania region. The investment pipeline includes 11 hotels with a combined capacity of 700 rooms.
