Gilbert-Ash has been appointed as the main contractor to develop CitizenM Dublin St Patrick’s, the first location in Ireland for the hotel brand.
The Molyneux House site, found opposite St Patrick’s Park and Cathedral in Dublin, will comprise 245 rooms across nine-storeys once complete.
It will also be home to co-working spaces, a living room filled with art, designer furniture and a 24/7 CanteenM serving breakfast, coffee, cocktails, and grab-and-go food.
