The new unit from Pret A Manger has opened its doors in the New Delhi and becomes the second store for the UK-based coffee chain in the national capital region (NCR).
At over 1,200sq ft, the second store in the region comes just months after the launch of its first NCR store at Gurugram’s CyberHub retail destination.
Pret A Manger’s entry into India comes through a partnership with Reliance Brands Limited and it unveiled its first store in the country at Maker Maxity in Mumbai back in April. The business currently has a total of four stores operating across the country, with two of these in Mumbai, another in Gurugram and the final one being this launch in Delhi.
Moving forward, the brand aims to open 100 stores in India over the next five years, with 10 of these on course to open their doors this year.
