The company has announced the completion of a new waterfront project in Dubai. Located on the Canal Boardwalk in Business Bay, the new development is set to open its doors in Q4 2023.
This will be the third property for the hospitality group in the city, the first two are located in Business Bay and Jumeirah Village Circle, collectively serving over 850,000 guests annually.
The new waterfront property – The First Collection Waterfront will feature 327 rooms and suites. The development will also have a rooftop pool, a spa and state-of-the-art gym, culinary experiences and dining establishments.
Guests at the hotel will have access to complimentary transfers to Dubai Mall and Mall of the Emirates as well as, exclusive entry to the Soluna Beach Club.
