Scheduled to open in late February, this upcoming shopping centre features an attractive architectural design, stands a good chance of becoming a new landmark and a popular leisure destination in the city.
It will have 9,000sq m of retail floorspace anchored by 25 stores, with the first premises expected to be handed over to tenants in November this year. Global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield is the leasing agent for the complex.
Galeria Goplana is being built in the very heart of Leszno, a city with a population of 64,000 and all the amenities typical of larger agglomerations. Leszno continues to grow and attract investors, with more than 60 per cent of its inhabitants believing it has become a better place to live over the last five years.
“Not only will Galeria Goplana improve the retail and service offer in Leszno, but it will also be an attractive addition to existing buildings in the city centre. It is being developed by HJ Invest near Leszno’s market square, between Królowej Jadwigi and Dąbrowskiego streets. Krótka street, which runs through the middle of the site, will become an integral and enclosed part of the shopping centre – a promenade with a food and beverage zone. It will simply be an ideal meeting and shopping place for those coming to the city centre,” says Anna Oberc-Krzycka, Leasing Team Manager, Cushman & Wakefield.
