Hotel developer and operator Aspire Hotel GmbH plans to open 20 properties in the DACH region by 2027.
Aspire Hotel Group will focus its operations on “innovative technologies” and a “clear sustainability strategy” in order to reach its goal of 20 hotels in the next four years. The team aims to diversify its portfolio, targeting boutique and franchise hotels.
Under the Aspire brand, 10 boutique hotels are planned across A, B and C cities within the DACH region. The group also plans to develop a portfolio of 10 franchised hotels – each offering up to 400 rooms – in city centre locations for leisure and business travellers.
