Dubai-based Samana Developers has announced its latest residential project, ‘Samana Portofino’, in Dubai Production City. Spanning an expansive 259,501sq ft and comprising 226 apartments, Samana Portofino is a notable addition to the developer’s portfolio.
The project aims to stand out for its distinctive commune-style Italian architecture, featuring water features, a town lifestyle, and private pools in each apartment — a concept pioneered by Samana Developers in the Dubai residential market. Moreover, ‘Portofino’ is the first project in Dubai Production City to offer private pools in all of its units.
The development also boasts a range of amenities, including a common pool, a kids’ pool, a large leisure pool deck, sports facilities, outdoor leisure spaces and dedicated areas for various recreational activities.
