Poltrona Frau has opened a new flagship store in Shanghai. Designed by AMDL CIRCLE, this dynamic and interactive space celebrates East-West cultural fusion and is the largest of all our display venues.
The new flagship Store in Shanghai is the largest exhibition space of the brand. Spanning three floors and covering an area of 2,000 square meters within the East Hengtong Road shopping center.
The architectural project challenges the traditional image of the flagship store as a static exhibition space. The concept evolves into a hub for gathering, innovation and dialogue. The environment encourages new encounters offering exciting and engaging experiences.
The brand debuts a boutique edition of its Ming’s Heart chair, designed by Shi-Chieh Lu, to mark the occasion. With vibrant red Saddle Extra leather and a nod to Chinese luck with 88 pieces, this seating symbolizes prosperity and festivity.
The boutique editions are a tribute to the cities and places around the world that host its flagship stores.
The new showroom is located at 65 Hengtong East Road, Jing’an District, Shanghai.
