Citymax have announced the launching of its latest F&B concept, High So, at its popular Bur Dubai property.
Celebrating modern Asian culture, High So is inspired by the vibrant energy of Asia with an epic-themed cocktail menu served with flair, super cool eclectic vibes, and insanely good food.
Designed to breathe new life into an ‘old Dubai’ community, this contemporary resto-bar has been conceptualised by the team at Citymax as the perfect venue to cater to the young, diverse, and multicultural audience who live, work, and play in the vicinity.
Bur Dubai probably doesn’t get onto many cool lists these days but we’re hoping to change that with High So, a homegrown concept that is inspired by the animated street life and nightlife of Asia but also the sense of community spirit that defines this iconic part of the city,” said Prashant Joshi, Hotel Manager, Citymax Bur Dubai.
“With High So, our mission is simple – we want our guests to pursue pleasure, passion and play in a stunning setting that pays homage to the Far East’s creative legacy, culture, and cuisine,” Joshi said.
Head Chef Nikhil Dobriyal has developed a complementary menu with Asian fare including sushi, baos, dumplings, small plates, classic noodle, and rice dishes and some to-die-for desserts that are perfect for sharing.
The hospitality chain said a comfortable seating arrangement with custom-made furniture, an exclusive VIP area, spacious booths for groups and seating around the bar combined with modern graphics, Asian pop-art, neon accents, and funky lighting create a moody ambience and awesome atmospheric buzz.
