Roxy Cinemas, in collaboration with wellness event specialist Core Direction, will be offering an experience that blends holistic well-being with entertainment through the ‘Roxy Cinemas Wellness Morning’.
A first-of-its-kind wellness experience in the UAE called the ‘Roxy Cinemas Wellness Morning’ is set to take place from 8:00am to 12:00pm on Friday 10 November 2023 at Dubai Hills Mall. This exclusive event offers a range of immersive wellness activities, including programmed sessions, a tranquil and spiritually enriching ambiance and a delightful healthy breakfast.
Open for guests from ages 12 and above, the ‘Roxy Cinemas Wellness Morning’ kicks off with a one-hour Hatha Yoga session at 8:00am. Led by expert yoga instructor Sarah Madina, the session caters to participants of all fitness levels, featuring gentle stretches, mindful movements and soothing breathing work set to live acoustic piano music.
Aired on the XTREME screen followed by a live Q&A session, the unique meditation experience delves into both traditional and modern yogic wisdom, helping participants explore the power of being fully present in each moment and breath, ultimately leading to inner peace and tranquillity.
Participants can delve into the art of meditation led by Manish Pole on the XTREME screen, the biggest screen in the Middle East & North Africa, which is an expansive 423sq m – twice the size of a tennis court.
