Lids and the NBA have opened an NBA flagship at The Galleria in Houston, marking the league’s second flagship location in the US.

As part of the league’s partnership with Lids and Fanatics, Lids will oversee the operations for the NBA Store in Houston, similar to what it does for the New York City flagship.

The 7,500sq ft Houston store features a broad range of official NBA and WNBA merchandise and memorabilia, including jerseys, apparel, headwear, sporting goods, toys and collectibles from major brands such as Nike, Mitchell & Ness, New Era and Wilson. Customers can personalise NBA jerseys and hats for all 30 NBA teams in the customisation area, a signature feature in most Lids stores.

In addition, the flagship boasts a motion-sensor-based interactive window display, and a “centre court” experience that will highlight special product collections and serve as an event space.
