Braehead, one of the UK’s most popular retail and leisure destinations, owned by property company SGS and managed by Global Mutual, is pleased to announce that TKMaxx has opened the doors to its new store, just in time for the festive season.
The new 27,000sq ft store will offer customers much-loved brands and designer labels at affordable prices – with the retailer’s clothing, accessories, homeware and beauty offers stocked. The unit, which has been signed on a 15-year lease, is located in a prime position on the ground floor, next to M&S.
TK Maxx joins a strong line-up – with brands such as Apple, H&M and Boots already at the centre. The news also follows a host of other new signing and relocation deals at Braehead, with other recent openings including Scotland’s largest Superdrug, Sports Direct, Quiz, Poundland, Yankee Candle and The Fragrance Shop.
Braehead is a leading retail and leisure destination, situated off junction 26 of the M8, just outside of Glasgow, covering 1.1 million square feet and drawing from a catchment of approximately 2.1 million. The centre is home to a diverse mix of retail brands – including many renowned household names, such as M&S, Apple, Primark and NEXT – as well as a host of exciting local and independent brands.
