Dubai developer Aqua Properties has announced a real estate development situated above a shopping mall as part of a planned AED3bn ($817m) series of properties.
As well as a shopping mall just a lift ride away, the development offers amenities including a golf simulator, wave pool, climbing wall and dog park.
The Central Downtown’s four towers are set to complete by 2026 on a sprawling 300,000 sq ft plot. It is the largest land parcel within the Arjan neighbourhood, above a 150,000 sq ft shopping mall.
This project gives residents the opportunity to live above a retail site.
