Binghatti Hills is set to be the largest project within Dubai Hills with 1,666 residential units and 21 retail spaces.

Dubai-based developer Binghatti is launching a new mega real estate development in the Dubai Hills district. The project’s unveiling ceremony will be held on 29 April and will be followed by a four-day sales event at the Four Seasons Jumeirah, Dubai. The ceremony will provide the first insights into Binghatti’s ambitious plans to deliver a landmark development for the Dubai Hills community.

Drawing inspiration from rolling hills, Binghatti Hills aims to replicate the tranquillity of hillsides through its architectural design, the developer said in a statement. It will feature lush sky gardens and private pools interwoven throughout the structures. The development’s amenity deck will include exclusive experiences like a private beach, zen gardens and sports facilities. Residents will have plenty of spaces for leisure and wellness.

“We are thrilled to announce the unveiling of our very first project in this community. With our vision and unmatched offerings, we are confident that Binghatti Hills will not merely attract discerning investors seeking exclusive and lucrative opportunities, but ultimately redefine Dubai’s dynamic real estate landscape,” Muhammad BinGhatti, Binghatti CEO, said in a statement on Wednesday.
