Vietnamese Foodies to Open Largest Restaurant to Date

On 1 September, Vietnamese Foodies is set to open its eighth and largest location in the Arabian Ranches III community.

The new venue will have 156 indoor and outdoor seats. An open kitchen will provide guests with a view of the cooking process, where they can watch as their meals are prepared, adding to every dining experience.

Founder and Executive Chef Lily Hoa Nguyen expressed her excitement about the new opening, stating: “We are eager to introduce the vibrant flavours of Vietnamese cuisine to the residents of Arabian Ranches III. We look forward to welcoming this new community to our largest location yet and showcasing our chefs’ skills in the open kitchen, sharing our passion for authentic Vietnamese food.”

Located in Dubailand, Arabian Ranches III is surrounded by the original Arabian Ranches, Motor City and Dubai Hills Estate. The new venue will offer its signature dishes, such as the 14-hour bone broth, Vit Nuong Hoisin (grilled duck breast) and slow-cooked beef with dates.

Arabian Ranches III will be the first location to serve Vietnamese Foodies’ new breakfast menu, too, featuring international breakfast items with a Vietnamese touch. The menu will also include a variety of house-made drinks, including authentic Vietnamese coffees and teas.
