Brookfield Properties has announced that Sephora has signed a 6,200sq ft retail lease at Manhattan West and that the new unit will open in 2025.
Sephora is the latest addition to the dynamic Manhattan West neighbourhood which spans eight acres of premier experiential retail, dining, hospitality, entertainment, luxury residences, public space and modern office space.
“Sephora is the perfect match for Manhattan West, aligning with our vision to curate a mix of experiential and wellness-oriented retailers that fit into the daily lives of everyone who lives, works and visits the neighbourhood,” said Jason Maurer, Executive Vice President of National Urban Retail for Brookfield Properties’ office business. “Manhattan West’s direct connection to the busiest transit hub in the country, Moynihan Train Hall and Penn Station and one of the most popular tourist destinations, The High Line, helps to position our retailers for success and we can’t wait for Sephora to open its doors for the community.”
