Shamal has begun construction on The Anchor, a premium dining destination in Dubai Harbour. This 110,000sq ft development will feature a diverse selection of restaurants across four floors, with dedicated lifts and year-round dining terraces. A cantilevered pool and panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline will be highlights of the rooftop.
