The Russian restaurant Chalet Berezka has reopened at Nakheel Mall after The Pointe closure and the new space features VIP lounges, artistic performances and more.
The venue first opened at The Pointe in 2018. However, it closed down after real estate developer Nakheel announced the shutdown of the site, sending an eviction notice to all restaurants.
“We’re not just relocating; we’re elevating the experience. Same Russian soul, same vibrant energy – now with an incredible rooftop view and exciting culinary surprises,” says General Manager Ganzhina Maibalieva.
Now, the new space promises a fresh take on its celebrated offerings while staying true to its cultural roots. The newly designed space includes features VIP lounges and a terrace. The menu highlights classic Russian dishes with a contemporary twist. Signatures include Kamchatka Crab Clusters served with spicy mayonnaise, garlic butter and lemon and Wagyu Tenderloin paired with triple-cooked potatoes and a secret pepper sauce.
“We wanted Chalet Berezka to be a place where guests can experience the spirit of Russian culture — not only through food but through an entire celebration of tradition and creativity,” says Head Chef Evgeny Belogorlo.
