New ARMA Facility to Open Early Next Year

HiiLIFE, bespoke technology provider for the construction and leisure sectors, has announced a new installation project for ARMA, a unique Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ), fitness and co-working venue that is set to open in Clapham in early 2025.

HiiLIFE will deliver a comprehensive, high-tech installation across all four floors of the Clapham space in partnership with Zink Architects and Built, an Australian construction firm newly established in the UK. Construction is already underway, with HiiLIFE set to join the project in January 2025 and complete their work by April. HiiLIFE’s solutions for ARMA will feature a blend of discreet, high-quality audio-visual and live-streaming capabilities designed to enhance the user experience.

Tom Brittain, Managing Director at HiiLIFE, said: “We are thrilled to be part of ARMA’s launch in Clapham. The venue is remarkable and will set a high precedent for leisure offerings in the UK. It’s a complex building for installing cables due to the low ceilings, which gives us the chance to showcase our services by providing adaptable, custom technology that seamlessly integrates with the clients’ vision. All of us at HiiLIFE are excited for the project to get underway and see the development take shape.”

HiiLIFE’s project proposal will include audio systems across the building’s dojos, gyms, co-working areas and steam rooms, all tailored to the building’s complex architecture. In total, 54 Sonance speakers will be strategically positioned in hidden areas to provide immersive sound quality while maintaining each room’s aesthetic.

Both dojos will also have bespoke ceiling-mounted Birdog camera systems that stream live classes directly to the reception area via Samsung screens installed by HiiLIFE. These cameras are equipped with zoom and angle presets controlled remotely through a user-friendly app, providing a flexible and engaging experience.
