The fast-growing lifestyle and leisure hospitality company, Ennismore, is delighted to share its key 2025 openings across its eco-system of hotels and F&B destinations.
Breaking the mould and setting a new benchmark for lifestyle and leisure experiences, this year’s openings mark significant milestones in the group’s global growth.
Ennismore will enter several new markets for the first time, including Australia with Hyde, Mondrian and 25hours and Ireland with The Hoxton Dublin, as well as brand debuts, including SLS in Europe and Mama Shelter in Asia. Ennismore continues to push the boundaries of culinary innovation and is driving the growth of standalone restaurants and bars through Paris Society and Rikas Group and its in-hotel concepts by Carte Blanched to bring culturally relevant experiences to local communities. In 2024, Ennismore entered into a strategic partnership with Rikas and brought it together with Paris Society to create a new F&B Platform with a unique collection of brands and industry-leading operating capabilities.
Gaurav Bhushan, co-CEO of Ennismore, said: “Ennismore is committed to crafting meaningful lifestyle and leisure experiences through creative storytelling, innovative design, exceptional culinary destinations and dynamic programming. Following a remarkable year of openings in 2024, highlighted by the groundbreaking debut of the Delano Dubai, we eagerly anticipate another bold year of hotel and restaurant openings across all regions. This year marks several significant milestones for Ennismore and our brands, including heading to Australia for the first time, the grand opening of the first-ever SLS all-inclusive, the return of the iconic Delano Miami and the hotly anticipated arrival of Rikas brands in Europe and the Americas. We are incredibly excited to bring our unique experiences to new destinations and guests worldwide.”
