Investment costs for the project came to EUR 5.6 mln. Vendo Park in Kobyłka has been built next to an existing Lidl supermarket, thus offering the full complement of everyday shopping. The building is 100 pct leased to international and local retail chains, including Rossmann, Neonet, Pepco, Tedi and Gzella.
The retail park, which had been under construction since last August, is situated on a plot of almost 0.85 ha. It comprises 3,250 sqm of total retail space as well as 65 parking spaces. Trei intends to manage the building into the long term.
Adding to its parks in the same province in Milanówek and Mińsk Mazowiecki, one was opened in Pułtusk in August and another in Ostrołęka in north-east Poland in September.
