Silesia Outlet was opened in March 2019 by NEINVER, a leading investor, developer and operator in the European outlet centre industry and the largest operator in Spain and Poland. In June 2019, the centre was acquired by the joint venture between NEINVER and Nuveen Real Estate. Silesia Outlet will officially change its name to Factory Gliwice on 3 April 2020.
