Trei Real Estate has opened the 16th retail park of its Vendo Park format in Poland. The retail park is located in the town of Jawor in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The property has a gross lettable area of around 6,700m² and is tenant-occupied by eleven different retailers. The total investment costs add up to €8.7ms. Jawor has a population of around 23,000 and lies roughly 25 kilometres south of Legnica.
Pepijn Morshuis, CEO of Trei Real Estate, said: “Our market analysis clearly shows that the demand for retail venues in smaller towns with populations of around 20,000 continues to be underestimated. We carefully align the tenant mix with the actual needs of the local population to ensure that our offer is the one that best serves regional demand.”
