Yum Brands, the restaurant giant has announced the completion of the acquistion of Habit Restaurants. CEO Russell Bendel issued the following statement: ‘Being part of Yum! will take The Habit Burger Gill to the next level by leveraging Yum!’s global scale resources and franchising capabilities to strengthn and significantly grow our beloved brand for many years to come.’
