SPC Group, the operator of Shake Shack in South Korea, is bringing Eggslut, the California-based egg sandwich chain, to Seoul, after acquiring the rights to exclusively operate in South Korea and Singapore. The first Korean Eggslut store will be launched at the Starfield Coex Mall in Seoul in June.
