Retailers can lift any restrictions on sales and remove ‘no refund, no return’ policies going forward as the emirate eases restrictions amid the Covid-19 pandemic, Dubai Economy has announced.
In the updated re-opening guidelines issued today (May 12), Dubai Economy recommended that malls open at 10:00-12:00PM on weekends after Ramadan, provided that they adhere to federal government curfews.
Both fitting and changing rooms can open, provided that customers wear masks, only try up to 5 items, and spend a maximum of ten minutes in the fitting room and finally returned items must not be put back on shelves or used by other customers.
