The food-delivery service Get, The Mall Group Thailand and Siam Commercial Bank have teamed up together to launch Get Foodhall. The new service will allow customers to purchase from different outlets of The Mall in a single order.
“Get Foodhall does more than present our users with a greater variety of choices from the Mall’s food outlets. The model originated from the insights we acquired through our popular multi-orders feature, which found that many of our users like to order from more than one restaurant.” – Pinya Nittayakasetwat, CEO at Get.
The new service will be first introduced at The Mall’s five main department stores in Bangko: EmQuartier, Emporium, Paragon, The Mall Bangkae and The Mall Bangkapi. The company is aiming to expand the service to more department stores by the end of this year.
